School Consultation –
School counsellors use traditional methods (e.g. Psychometrics) for doing assessment of situation/response pertaining to a learner. In most of cases their approach is reactive means once situation arises they take action.
We provide insight of brain such as you know about the factors like: egocentrism, subconscious structure of confrontation, emotional swing and instability of a case well in advance. You can plan adjustment for anticipating any unwanted situation to appear later on. Our approach is preventive.
Having deep insight reduces risk and gives school counsellor higher control over the students. We work with counsellor or in case of no counsellor available, we develop counselling infrastructure for the school.
